Job Summary
Director, Demand Generation leading strategic and execution-focused marketing to drive growth, brand affinity, and customer demand for BCBSNC products and services. Responsible for integrated, omni-channel campaigns (digital, direct response, CRM, email), budgeting and performance measurement, cross-functional collaboration, and building a high-performing team through hands-on leadership. Role emphasizes development and activation of demand-gen strategy, data-informed targeting and messaging, and ownership from concept to results. Compensation includes a hybrid/remote-flex work arrangement with formal in-person collaboration expectations, plus a robust Total Rewards package including benefits and tuition support.
Required Qualifications
