Own end-to-end delivery of apartment developments from design through construction, handover, and occupancy readiness. Lead execution in line with approved strategies, masterplans, and product briefs while ensuring assets meet quality, safety, and sustainability standards. Manage delivery partners, contractors, and consultants to monitor progress against programmes and key milestones. Maintain budget accountability for delivery packages, review cost plans and variations, and escalate risks through formal governance. Champion health and safety culture across sites and embed ESG requirements including energy efficiency and material selection. Prepare delivery updates for internal governance committees and engage with external authorities to secure approvals.
