Job Summary
Director role to lead Defence Workforce Transformation initiatives across strategy, technology-enabled transformation, and major programme delivery. Drive growth, shape opportunities, and manage senior client relationships across Defence, government departments, and industry stakeholders. Lead multidisciplinary teams in delivering workforce strategy, skills transformation, HR technology transformation, and organisational redesign, while contributing to proposition development, pipeline growth, and high-quality delivery of complex transformation programmes.
Required Qualifications
- Significant experience leading large-scale workforce, organisational, or business transformation programmes
- Strong track record of business development, opportunity shaping, and client relationship management
- Experience working with senior executives and decision-makers
- Knowledge of workforce strategy, skills transformation, organisational effectiveness, HR transformation, or people technology
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to lead profitable growth
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and navigate complex stakeholder environments
- Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills
