Director, Decision Support

Director of Decision Support leads cost accounting and analytics to advance cost transparency and data-driven decisions. Oversees cost accounting methodology, cost allocation models, and governance of financial subsidiary systems. Builds and evolves analytics from descriptive reporting to prescriptive insights, delivering recurring and ad hoc financial/operational analyses, Power BI dashboards, and self-service analytics. Partners with IT and operational stakeholders, drives data governance, and mentors a team spanning cost accounting and analytics to improve forecasting, optimization, and decision support across finance and operations.
