Job Summary
Director leading decision science and corporate/people analytics responsible for guiding analytic strategy and delivery across multiple business areas. Responsibilities include directing multivariate modeling, diagnostic and inferential analyses, and experimental design to surface actionable insights; mentoring and onboarding junior staff; exploring new data/analytic tools and best practices; building cross-functional partnerships; ensuring data quality and coding standards; and influencing senior business decisions through clear communication of analytical findings.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM-related field
- Business School Master’s Degree with a concentration in a technical or analytical field
- Seven years of related data and analytic experience
- Experience with explanatory, diagnostic, and inferential techniques (experimental design, hypothesis testing, etc.)
- Experience leading and managing complex projects
- Ability to interact with senior leaders and translate analyses for cross-functional teams
