Director, Debt Capital Markets

Conduct in-person calling with existing Bank Partners and prospects to articulate First Merchants expertise in leading syndicated credit facilities. Interface with senior executives at partner banks to establish relationships, manage the Early Assessment process, and track the approved partner list. Assist with management of individual sell-side transactions through the syndication process, including loan structuring, communication on in-market opportunities, and contributing to Credit Information Memorandums. Maintain tracking databases, prepare management reports using bank reporting tools, and develop marketing collateral. Schedule calls with the Managing Director and contribute to refining internal efficiencies while remaining current with applicable regulations.
