Director, Deal Team, Secondary Markets

Job Summary
Senior leader on Tangible's Deal Team responsible for end-to-end execution of complex private-market transactions (origination through close) across GP-led continuation vehicles, LP portfolio sales, direct secondaries, fund-of-fund liquidity, and NAV/preferred structures. You will lead live deals, manage and mentor a Deal Team, and represent Tangible externally with GPs, LPs, placement agents, and institutional counterparties. The role blends senior transactional depth with entrepreneurial execution, collaborating with founders to scale deal-making capacity, and working with Product, BD, and Compliance to translate deal experience into scalable workflows and platform capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Senior transactional professional with 10+ years in private-market transactions
- Experience leading transactions origination to close
- Strong external network across GPs, LPs, advisers, and institutional counterparties
- Experience mentoring deal teams
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to operate in a high-growth, tech-enabled environment
