Job Summary
Own and scale enterprise data architecture, establishing standards for ingestion, transformation, and consumption across all product verticals. Lead data migration planning, design, and execution, defining scopes, mapping protocols, and overseeing ETL delivery from test to production. Deliver custom analytics dashboards and BI solutions while advising clients on data collection methodologies and governance frameworks. Operationalize AI analytics subscription offerings, manage third-party integrations, and refine agentic capabilities. Build operating models, documentation standards, and prioritization frameworks to ensure high-quality, governed data aligned with business outcomes. Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Client Success to deliver scalable, value-driven data solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in Data Architecture, Enterprise Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Data Strategy
- Demonstrated success in structuring and executing complex enterprise data migrations and third-party software integrations
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or an equivalent technical field
- Data management or governance certifications (e.g., DAMA‐CDMP)
- Strategic understanding of BI tools, ETL architectures, cloud compliance, and modern agentic AI applications
- Proven ability to partner dynamically across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success silos to operationalize data products and services
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and narrative-building skills capable of translating complex analytics into clear business actions
- All persons hired will be required to verify identity, minimum age of 18, eligibility to work in the United States (without sponsorship), and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire
