Job Summary
Translate commercial strategy, business processes, and KPIs into scalable data and analytics requirements that drive measurable outcomes. Define and execute an enterprise-wide Data Strategy & Enablement roadmap aligned to digital transformation goals. Partner with Human Insights, Product, Commercial Analytics, and Market Intelligence teams to ensure data products are usable and consistent. Standardize business definitions, logic, and data models across the organization. Lead development of modern data platforms supporting advanced analytics and AI/ML use cases. Architect complex data ecosystems integrating CRM, ERP, hubs, telemetry, and third-party sources. Define end-to-end data flows ensuring seamless ingestion, transformation, and consumption layers. Facilitate cross-functional governance forums, prioritization decisions, and roadmap alignment. Establish enterprise-grade data governance frameworks including standards, lineage, quality, and access controls. Ensure compliance with global regulations like HIPAA and GDPR. Build and lead a high-performing team of data strategists, product leads, and governance experts.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in data strategy, data architecture, data product management, or analytics enablement within complex, global organizations
- Demonstrated ability to translate business strategy into data and analytics solutions that drive measurable outcomes
- Proven experience leading across business, technology (CTO), and global offshore delivery teams
- Strong experience developing scalable data products and reusable data assets on modern platforms (e.g., Databricks, Azure, AWS, GCP)
- Deep expertise in data governance, quality, lineage, and regulatory compliance (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR)
- Experience architecting and integrating complex data ecosystems across multiple internal and external sources
- Strong understanding of end-to-end data flows, including ingestion, transformation, modeling, and consumption
- Exceptional stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills, including ability to lead without authority
- This position is eligible for hybrid working arrangements and requires on-site work from an Insulet office
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Management, or related field
- Experience in healthcare, medical device, or regulated industries
- Familiarity with AI/ML data enablement and advanced analytics ecosystems
- Experience working in global, matrixed organizations with offshore CoE models
