Job Summary
Director of Data Strategy & Analytics for Retail to lead analytics for a portfolio of Retail brands, manage a cross-functional team, translate complex analytics into strategic opportunities, and develop actionable measurement roadmaps. Responsibilities include senior client management, building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, partnering to set business goals, innovating data-driven solutions, guiding the evolution of the Kip platform, mentoring staff, and contributing to business growth through pitches and RFPs. Expertise in retail data, adtech, and advanced analytics (forecasting, MMM, LTV), experience with retail media networks, data clean rooms, and experience communicating insights to executive audiences. Leadership experience overseeing a 5-10+ person team across multiple locations and a track record of developing measurement strategies and client-facing analytics deliverables.
