Job Summary
Director, Data Science responsible for defining and executing enterprise-wide analytics strategies that leverage AI/ML to drive business value. Lead development, deployment, and scaling of sophisticated ML models; collaborate with senior leadership to align analytics with strategic objectives; strengthen data infrastructure, governance, accessibility, and security; ensure compliance with privacy and regulatory requirements; mentor data science teams; promote best practices across AI/ML, data engineering, and analytics; represent the company externally in industry forums and thought leadership initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in data science, computer science, statistics, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive experience
- 6+ years progressive leadership experience
- An equivalent combination of education and experience
- Master’s degree or doctorate is preferred
