Director Data Product Management

Lead Lakehouse data products in the Americas Division by defining and prioritizing the product roadmap, overseeing execution with engineering and architecture teams, and ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements. Drive adoption of data products, manage ML features and lifecycles, define data sourcing and governance strategies, collaborate with functional data offices and technology teams, and support onboarding, training, and documentation. Demonstrate leadership in coordinating with analysts, data scientists, and developers; ensure data validation, integration testing, and CI/CD of features; and communicate platform value and progress to stakeholders across Finance, Risk, Compliance, and business units. The role requires hands-on involvement with data tooling, labeling tools, and a deep understanding of Lakehouse architectures and data workflows, with a focus on governance, security, metadata management, lineage, and cataloging.
