Job Summary
Direct software development, delivery and support efforts of highly scalable and high performing technology solutions in an Agile environment, providing leadership to managers, architects, QA engineers, developers and other technologists. Lead through requirements gathering, design, development, deployment and support of a product, establishing objectives for related departments and driving architecture and software design that emphasizes customer experience, automation, and CI/CD. Foster innovation and act as a change agent to reduce costs and improve service levels, while guiding senior-level cross-functional teams and shaping strategic direction in a global context.
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading teams including establishing organizational goals aligned with product vision to achieve business success
- Strong communication skills with proven ability to guide senior levels and cross functional teams
- Deep technical knowledge with years of software development experience (large scale applications, CI/CD practices)
- Expert knowledge of complex software languages and platforms such as Java, Oracle, Azure and emerging languages/trends
- Strategic thought leader and problem solver capable of leading through others to develop creative solutions
- Ability to influence at senior levels and across departments
- Experience in DevOps mindset, automation, and scalable software delivery practices
