Job Summary
Own and evolve the enterprise data strategy and technical architecture, continuing the shift to a Medallion (bronze/silver/gold) architecture. Build deep knowledge of GTM strategy, product telemetry, and financial reporting needs to act as a trusted advisor, translating priorities into governed data products and a prioritized roadmap. Partner with business function leaders to gather requirements, prioritize the backlog, and run an agile delivery model with a clear bias to action. Provide hands-on leadership and coaching to a small team of data engineers and analysts, reviewing data models and pipelines while defining and maintaining data governance standards. Lead the evaluation and rollout of tools that extend self-service analytics and AI enablement to non-technical business users. Partner cross-functionally on data initiatives supporting revenue growth, including pipeline generation, prospecting, expansion, renewal, and rep productivity. Lead the selection, implementation, and management of the core data platform technology stack, identifying opportunities to apply AI to the platform and internal workflows. Candidates based in Tysons will be prioritized for this hybrid role with three days per week onsite.

- Demonstrated experience architecting and operating cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake or a comparable cloud data warehouse) at enterprise scale
- Experience leveraging pipeline orchestration (e.g., Dagster, Airflow, or similar)
- Experience with EL / ETL tooling (e.g., Fivetran or similar)
- Experience designing and executing a data platform strategy end to end — from technical architecture, through data governance, to business adoption

- Experience running an agile delivery model with a bias to action and a track record of shipping incremental business value
- Strong communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills

- Experience in a B2B software/SaaS company
- Ability to distill signal from noise in large, messy data sets and crisply communicate the 'so what' to non-technical executive audiences
