Job Summary
Director, Data Management & Visualization responsible for leading end-to-end data flow, QA, migrations, and visualization for Mediabrands’ client portfolio. Owns business unit delivery, quality, and client satisfaction while managing a team of managers/senior analysts. Drives new business setup, data integration from external sources, and consistent processes across campaigns. Builds and enforces campaign naming conventions, designs analytics workflows, and ensures data quality and anomaly detection. Requires deep expertise in end-to-end data flow, APIs, databases, BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, KNIME, Alteryx), Snowflake, and management of multi-stakeholder environments. Strong presentation and leadership skills with experience in CM360, SA360, Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and X; capable of engaging senior clients and cross-functional teams to drive adoption of data solutions.
