Job Summary
Provide oversight to data AEs and stewards across the enterprise, perform gap assessments, document issues and risks, and create recommendations to ensure progress towards organizational adoption of data management principles and practices. Partner across the enterprise to develop best-in-class data risk identification and mitigation solutions while providing advisory services to numerous lines of business. Conduct risk assessments using data management metrics and insights to influence senior business leaders, leveraging existing frameworks and AI tools to solve business problems with a data risk lens. Collaborate within EDRM and additional second-line partners on metadata, data quality, and governance functions to establish clear responsibilities with partner teams. Work in a matrixed-style environment as an individual contributor, building relationships with line of business data officers to understand the impact of data risks on critical business processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or military experience
- At least 5 years of experience in data governance
- At least 5 years of experience in risk management
