Job Summary
Lead strategic sourcing for JLL's Data Center portfolio by developing and executing client-specific sourcing strategies that align with leadership goals and market intelligence. Recruit, develop, and retain top sourcing talent while managing and coaching Group Sourcing Leads, Team Leads, and Large Account Leaders to build high-performing, integrated teams. Proactively manage suppliers to meet performance expectations, establish relationships within Americas' Leadership, and take a visible role as the subject matter expert on renewals, expansions, and new business. Identify risks and opportunities, own sourcing compliance and controls, and develop systematic methods for savings monitoring and supplier performance tracking. Achieve financial and compliance results while partnering with Category Management, Solutions Development, and Business Development to support the sales process.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university
- MBA preferred
- At least 15-20 years of experience working with sourcing and procurement
- Excellent communication skills – oral and written
- Proven track record leading successful teams of leaders
- Demonstrated experience working in a matrix client organization
- Travel: 25% (US based)
- Locations: Chicago, IL hybrid (preferred)
- Open to other US locations (remote options)
