Job Summary
Oversee the construction of data centers by colocation providers and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery within established quality standards. Lead the startup and commissioning phases, direct design review and problem-solving documentation, manage contracts with external vendors and contractors, and serve as the primary liaison between the company and colocation providers. Responsibilities include overseeing power, cooling, networking, and structured cabling installations, performing strategic site walks, and addressing risks with mitigation plans. Position requires 25% travel and focuses on North Dakota projects with senior leadership oversight.
