Job Summary

Lead the end-to-end architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise analytics solutions, including data models, semantic layers, reporting solutions, dashboards, and advanced analytics capabilities. Partner with senior business and technology stakeholders to define analytics roadmaps and translate requirements into scalable, sustainable designs. Establish solution architecture standards, oversee delivery execution, and ensure platforms are secure, governed, and aligned with business value. Collaborate with data engineering, cybersecurity, and infrastructure teams to integrate analytics with enterprise ecosystems while driving adoption of cloud platforms, AI, and machine learning. Lead a high-performing team of architects, engineers, and analysts, manage stakeholder expectations, and resolve complex operational problems. Define success metrics to measure adoption, reliability, and business impact. This role requires 10+ years of experience, 5+ years in leadership, and fluency in English. The position involves 25% US Time (13:30–22:00, Mon–Fri) with a starting salary of 5,800 EUR/month gross.

Required Qualifications

  • University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in analytics, business intelligence, data architecture, data engineering, solution architecture, or related technology roles
  • 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams, programs, or large-scale analytics delivery initiatives
  • Fluency in English
  • Demonstrated experience designing and delivering enterprise analytics solutions using modern data platforms, cloud technologies, BI tools, and data visualization capabilities
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, semantic modeling, data warehousing, lakehouse architectures, data integration, reporting, dashboarding, and self-service analytics
  • Experience with analytics platforms and tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, Databricks, Snowflake, Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, or comparable technologies
  • Proven ability to translate complex business needs into practical, scalable, and secure analytics solutions
  • Strong knowledge of data governance, data quality, metadata management, privacy, security, and compliance principles
  • Experience operating in complex, matrixed, global organizations with multiple stakeholder groups and competing priorities
  • Excellent executive communication, storytelling, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Willingness to travel up-to 10% of the working time
  • This role requires to work 25% US Time
  • Working patterns for US shift are 13:30 – 22:00 (Mon – Friday)
