Job Summary
Director of Data Integration & Analytics oversees enterprise data, analytics, and evaluation across The Centers’ multi-service platform. Leads a team of data analysts and specialists, develops, optimizes, and operationalizes best practices for data collection, analysis, and dissemination through dashboards and reports to support value-based outcomes and community impact. Partners with the VP of Quality and Data Integration and other leaders to align analytics strategy with organizational goals, drives data-informed decision-making, ensures data governance and regulatory compliance, supports accreditation reporting, program evaluation, and outcome measures, and promotes data literacy and continuous improvement across departments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, statistics, public health, health informatics, data science, or a related field
- At least five years of progressive experience in analytics, evaluation, data integration, or data leadership
- Demonstrated experience leading teams and managing staff performance, workload, and development
- Experience developing dashboards, reports, scorecards, or other analytics tools to support operational and strategic decision-making
- Knowledge of data governance, data quality, performance measurement, and evaluation methodologies
- Ability to translate complex technical information into clear, actionable insights for varied audiences
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, statistics, public health, health informatics, data science, or a related field
- Master’s degree in public health, healthcare administration, data science, informatics, or a related field
- Experience leading teams and managing staff performance, workload, and development
- Experience developing dashboards, reports, scorecards, or other analytics tools to support operational and strategic decision-making
- Experience with data governance, data quality, performance measurement, and evaluation methodologies
- Experience with Epic reporting tools, ETL pipelines, data architecture, or BI platforms like Tableau or Power BI
- Experience supporting performance-driven contracts, program evaluation, or accreditation reporting requirements
- Experience partnering with Finance, HR, IT, and operational leaders on cross-functional data initiatives
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to present complex information clearly
- Strong project management, collaboration, and organizational skills
