Job Summary
Lead Cybersecurity Operations & Platform Delivery by guiding incident response strategy, discussing risk with executives, and evaluating emerging technologies. Partner with sales on strategic opportunities, evolve the DYOGUARD service portfolio, and influence future cybersecurity offerings. Build roadmaps, drive accountability, and lead teams through ambiguity while advising business leaders and shaping platform investments. Work with technical teams, operational leaders, and account management to strengthen and modernize security capabilities. This role connects cybersecurity to business outcomes, focusing on service innovation and growth rather than maintenance.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in an MSP, MSSP, consulting, or services-based environment
- Understand incident response but don't live exclusively in the weeds
- Can balance risk, revenue, customer experience, and operational realities
- Know how to communicate complex security topics in plain English
- Have led teams, programs, technologies, initiatives, or transformations
- Enjoy solving hard problems
