Director, Cybersecurity Alliances ( Asia Pacific )

Job Summary
Own and drive cybersecurity alliance programs and growth plans aligned with the go-to-market strategy across Asia Pacific to achieve sustainable bookings growth. Lead regional pipeline development, opportunity qualification, and sales acceleration activities with key OEM partners, while building executive-level relationships to drive joint business plans and co-innovation initiatives. Manage disciplined oversight of OEM services pipelines, forecasts, and bookings to support predictable business performance, and lead quarterly reviews with security OEMs and alliance partners. Drive partner-funded programs, rebates, and incentives to improve revenue growth, and support strategic bids, large pursuits, and client workshops throughout the region.
Required Qualifications
- at least 12-15 years of working experience related to cybersecurity GTM roles
- Required degree level education, or significant experience and track record with tertiary qualifications on relevant domains, including computer science, computer engineering and information security
- Must have strong written communication, whiteboarding and writing skills
- Strong collaboration and partnership-building skills
- Proven experience driving revenue growth, strategic sales programs, and regional business development initiatives
- Demonstrated success in cybersecurity solution sales, consulting services, managed security services, or cybersecurity transformation programs
- Experience managing strategic technology alliances and ecosystem partnerships
- Track record of leading large, complex, multi-country opportunities and executive stakeholder engagements across APAC
- Strong strategic thinking, business planning, and financial acumen
- Excellent sales leadership, forecasting, and pipeline management capabilities
- Proven ability to drive change, innovation, and organizational growth
- Ability to work in a matrix organisation while working with diverse teams
Desired Qualifications
- Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, CRISC, SABSA, GIAC, or equivalent
- Vendor security certifications from Microsoft, Cisco, Palo Alto Networks, Checkpoint, Fortinet, CrowdStrike, Google, AWS, or similar security providers
