Job Summary
Manage the Draper cyber-Infrastructure, including department budget ($15M), resources, and capabilities. Develop leadership dashboards to monitor support for all services and establish metrics for AI application security across the full life cycle. Architect and implement core IT infrastructure, computing systems, and cloud solutions to meet business needs. Provide cross-functional leadership to ensure project objectives, deadlines, and continuous improvement are met. Coordinate administrative, budget management, and human resources oversight for the CISO organization. Obtain and maintain a US government Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science / information systems management or related
- 15 years of experience in the technology profession focused on IT infrastructure design and management
- 10 years program and project management experience, including estimating and forecasting, budget and financial management, staffing / hiring and resource management
- Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility
