Job Summary
Director, CX Optimization & Experimentation lead end-to-end experimentation strategy across landing pages, forms, acquisition funnels, and lead generation flows; design, run, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests; build and govern KPI frameworks; collaborate with Marketing, Engineering, UX, SEO, Content, and Sales to operationalize winning experiences; translate insights into strategic hypotheses, testing frameworks, and prioritized optimization initiatives; drive conversion, lead quality, and customer lifetime value through experimentation; proficient in Figma, Amplitude, GA4, Adobe Target, VWO/Optimizely, and advanced analytics; 8–10+ years in digital experimentation/CRO and strategic growth programs; luxury travel/premium e-commerce experience preferred.
