Required Qualifications
- Licensed U.S. Customs Broker (required)
- 7 years of experience in a 3PL Global Freight Forwarding or Customs Brokerage organization, with at least 5 years of leadership
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Deep knowledge of domestic and international customs regulations, policies, and procedures
- Demonstrated ownership of regulatory compliance programs, including audit management and risk mitigation
- Demonstrated ability to balance operational execution, compliance, and commercial growth
