Job Summary
Define the data product roadmap for Managed Services, including standard structures, KPI definitions, and governance routines for scalable customer analytics. Own the standard customer reporting suite as product owner, managing dashboard strategy, release planning, training, and adoption across the team. Establish and monitor data quality, cleanliness, and consistency while driving repeatable routines to resolve gaps and improve structured data capture. Serve as the gatekeeper for business intelligence requests, ensuring alignment with the broader reporting strategy and reusable configuration patterns. Lead the migration from manual reporting to automated platforms to reduce cost-to-serve and improve reliability. Partner with Operations, Client Solutions, and Finance to embed data readiness into customer onboarding and operational processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in data product management, analytics leadership, reporting strategy, data governance, transportation management, 3PL, managed transportation, or supply chain technology
- Direct experience working with shipment-level data, TMS platforms, carrier performance metrics, financial reporting inputs, and customer-facing analytics
- Proven ability to own a product roadmap, define standards, manage intake, and drive cross-functional alignment across business and technology teams
- Strong understanding of data quality, data governance, KPI standardization, reporting logic, and operational workflows in a multi-client environment
- Experience reducing manual reporting effort through automation, reusable reporting assets, and platform migration
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence account teams, Operations, Solutions, Commercial, Finance, BI, and technology stakeholders
- Ability to balance customer-specific needs with standardization, scalability, maintainability, and cost-to-serve discipline
- Listening skills, humility, and empathy
