Job Summary
Director, Customer Marketing role leading end-to-end commerce marketing for Walmart within Coca-Cola’s portfolio. Focus on accelerating digital penetration, omnichannel leadership, and category growth; shape customer-specific programs, retail media, eCommerce, and shopper ecosystems; serve as senior strategic partner to Walmart stakeholders; drive cross-functional collaboration across IMX, Connections, Category Leads, and creative teams; build 3–5 year customer marketing platforms anticipating evolving shopper behavior and retail dynamics; translate brand platforms into customer-centric growth drivers and measurable business results.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 7+ years of experience in Customer Marketing, eCommerce, or Commercial leadership roles (CPG, beverages, or adjacent industries preferred)
- Expertise in retail media, digital commerce, and evolving shopper ecosystems
- Strong experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing without authority
- Demonstrated commercial acumen including selling, financial management, and joint business planning
- Deep experience in Shopper Insights, Business Analytics, and Annual Planning processes
- Track record of partnering with creative agencies to deliver campaigns
- Communication skills to connect Coca-Cola system stakeholders and partners
- Ability to translate shopper insights and brand strategy into measurable business results
