Job Summary
Build long-term strategic partnerships with key enterprise clients by driving growth initiatives and unlocking maximum value from the KI-Plattform. Manage complex stakeholder structures to execute upselling strategies and ensure continuous revenue expansion for both customers and Plotdesk. Leverage analytical decision-making to navigate strategic challenges and foster enduring relationships across international markets. Work within a small, agile team to shape customer strategies and market expansion directly.
Required Qualifications
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im strategischen Account Management oder Customer Success Management
- Nachgewiesene Erfolge im B2B-Vertrieb, insbesondere bei Upselling und Customer Growth
- Exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch (verhandlungssicher)
- Erfahrung in der Betreuung von Enterprise-Kunden und komplexen Stakeholder-Strukturen
- Analytisches Denkvermögen und die Fähigkeit, datenbasierte Entscheidungen zu treffen
