Job Summary
Lead the Consumer Insights function at AG1 across brand, growth, and experience initiatives, overseeing UX/UI research and providing strategic oversight for New Product Development research; partner with Marketing, Growth, Product, and cross-functional teams to translate consumer understanding into actionable strategies, define long-term vision and operating model for insights, drive cross-market strategy, and influence senior leadership with data-driven recommendations.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in consumer insights, customer insights, UX research, market research, or related strategy-focused disciplines
- experience leading cross-functional insights initiatives
- experience building/evolving insights functions
- qualitative and quantitative research expertise
- ability to translate consumer data into actionable business recommendations
- experience influencing senior leaders and stakeholders
- ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- experience leading large-scale or multi-stakeholder research initiatives
- team leadership and capability-building experience
