Job Summary
Manage day-to-day kitchen and dining operations, including staffing, scheduling, performance reviews, hiring, and corrective actions for Culinary Services staff. Ensure all food preparation, storage, and service comply with company standards and health codes while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores. Collaborate with residents and families to deliver exceptional dining experiences, oversee menu planning based on resident preferences, and execute special events and banquets. Control monthly and annual budgets for food, supplies, and labor, maintain proper inventory and equipment, and manage vendor relationships. Work Sunday through Thursday, earning $77,000 to $88,550 annually.
Required Qualifications
- Five (5) or more years Culinary Experience in the hospitality industry.
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
- Strong organization and time management skills.
- Able to resolve problems of dissatisfied customers and/or employees.
- Food handlers permit as required by state law and/or Company standards.
- Basic Computer skills – Microsoft word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Must possess valid driver's license.
- Must satisfactorily meet and be in compliance with Company motor vehicle policy standards.
