Job Summary
Director, Ashley CRM leads the Ashley CRM program to grow consumer revenue across email and SMS, overseeing lifecycle journeys, budget management, testing roadmaps, and cross-functional collaboration. Manages ESP platform health (Zeta), drives segmentation and personalization, and leads a small team (two senior managers and one specialist) within a remote-first US-focused environment. Responsibilities include setting calendar scheduling, optimizing journeys for revenue, monitoring send volumes and costs, evaluating analyses against goals, and partnering with brand, data/analytics, creative, product, growth, and customer success to align CRM outputs with strategic objectives. Requires 6+ years of experience in email/SMS marketing, hands-on HTML for email, Looker analytics proficiency, CAN-SPAM expertise, and the ability to travel as needed. Salary range is $150,000–$180,000 with remote-first benefits.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of email and SMS marketing experience in eCommerce/DTC and retail environments
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Hands-on experience with email development
- Working knowledge of HTML for email
- Proficiency with analytics platforms such as Looker
- Familiarity with ESP platforms (Zeta preferred)
- Strong CAN-SPAM understanding and best practices
