Job Summary
Director, CRM Product Owner leads strategy, development, and delivery of CRM capabilities across the US CRM ecosystem; partners with business/IT to transform CRM processes, analytics, and experiences; defines product vision, roadmap, governance, and delivery; champions CRM tech adoption (including AI) and drives data-driven improvements; builds and mentors product teams, ensures compliance, and aligns stakeholders; role located in East Hanover, NJ with 15% travel; emphasis on Salesforce, Veeva, AI applications, data platforms, and healthcare/pharma CRM expertise.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Master of Science and/or MBA preferred
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in product management, technology strategy, innovation, or leadership roles
- Proven success leading product management for large-scale CRM transformation
- Deep understanding of CRM landscape (Sales, Marketing, Service) including Salesforce, Veeva
- Deep expertise in CRM, AI, and data platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Salesforce Data Cloud, Veeva, OpenAI, Snowflake)
- Experience managing operations of product management teams, backlog health, prioritization, agile practices
- Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to build and lead high-performing teams
- Ability to foster cross-functional alignment of stakeholders to create a disciplined, ambitious global CRM strategy
- Understanding of regulatory requirements, market dynamics, and compliance in pharmaceutical context
