Job Summary

Director, CRM Product Owner (4 openings) leads the strategy, development, and delivery of CRM capabilities across the US CRM ecosystem, reporting to the Head of CRM Product Management. The role focuses on defining the product vision and roadmaps, driving CRM innovation (including AI), gathering and translating business needs into system improvements, ensuring governance and regulatory compliance, and delivering high-quality releases. Responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, transforming business processes through technology-enabled solutions, and advocating for CRM initiatives with senior leaders. Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree, 7+ years in product management/technology leadership, deep CRM domain expertise (Sales, Marketing, Service) with Salesforce and Veeva, and proven leadership and stakeholder-management capabilities. The position is located in East Hanover, NJ, and requires ~15% travel; remote work is not available. Compensation ranges from $185,500 to $344,500 annually plus incentive and benefits. Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in related field is required
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in product management, technology strategy, innovation, or leadership roles
  • Deep understanding of the CRM landscape (Sales, Marketing and Service), including Salesforce (Agentforce, Marketing Cloud, Health Cloud, Data Cloud, Core platform) and Veeva
  • Deep expertise in CRM, AI, and Data platforms and architectures (e.g., Salesforce, Salesforce Data Cloud, Veeva, OpenAI, Snowflake, or similar data lake technologies)
  • Experience managing and being accountable for the operations of product management teams, including backlog health and prioritization, agile practices and ceremonies
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to build and lead high-performing teams
  • People management experience within CRM, AI, technology, or data-driven environments
  • Ability to foster cross-functional alignment of key stakeholders to create a disciplined, ambitious, and collaborative, global, commercial CRM strategy
