Job Summary
Director, Credit Review leads assurance activities within Morgan Stanley's Internal Audit Division to independently assess the creditworthiness and control environment of the loan portfolio. The role involves identifying risk and impact to coverage areas, executing and leading audits and continuous monitoring, facilitating clear stakeholder conversations on risks, and coordinating multiple deliverables aligned with team priorities. Requires understanding of credit risk, regulatory guidelines (FED, OCC, PRA), audit principles, and the ability to analyze multiple data sources; typically 4–6 years of relevant experience with a focus on credit risk/audit. Hybrid work arrangement in New York City.
