Job Summary
Director, Creative Product Marketing leads a high-performing team of creative specialists to develop breakthrough campaigns and differentiated creative that bring USAA’s products to life for members. Sets the creative vision, ensures delivery of insight-driven, on-brief work, and partners across Marketing and the broader organization. Oversees integrated marketing plans, budget, external agencies, and risk/compliance considerations; drives cross-channel creative execution (paid social, online video) and test-and-learn strategies to optimize performance. Requires a Bachelor's degree (or 4 years of relevant education/experience), 8+ years of relevant work experience with hands-on creative leadership, and 3 years of people leadership. The role supports flexible remote/hybrid arrangements and requires in-office presence four days per week in listed US locations; visa sponsorship is not provided. Compensation range: $127,310–$243,340, with potential incentives; relocation assistance is not offered. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant education and/or experience
