Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or a related field preferred
- 10+ years of experience in creative operations, design management, or project management within a marketing or agency environment
- Expertise in creative project management, including workflow design, resource allocation, and process optimization
- Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Workfront, Jira, or similar)
- Strong familiarity with design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, etc.)
- Experience implementing and managing self-service marketing template platforms like Marq
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Adaptability and resilience in managing shifting priorities
