Job Summary
Executive Creative Director at KOHO, leading an in-house creative studio to define KOHO's multichannel creative vision across campaigns, product storytelling, content, events, and social. You will lead a multidisciplinary team of creative directors, designers, copywriters, and producers, ensuring all work reflects a high creative standard and supports business outcomes. You’ll partner with Growth, Lifecycle, Product Marketing, and Product to connect creative excellence with impact, and oversee external agencies, freelancers, and production partners as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience leading creative teams and organizations in ambitious, fast-paced environments with significant time at agencies or in-house teams that think like agencies

- Experience working across the marketing stack, with a solid understanding of the overall marketing department’s objectives (not just creative).
- Ability to collaborate with product design to ensure consistency and design cohesiveness
- Experience directing video and motion work, not just static and copy
- Someone who is actively utilizing AI in their creative process today
- Proven ability to direct and elevate writers, art directors and designers
- Deep expertise across copywriting, advertising, campaigns, content, and production
- Strong creative instincts with a portfolio demonstrating conceptual excellence across multiple channels and mediums
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams, developing talent, and creating environments where creatives can do their best work
- Strong organizational and operational skills, with the ability to structure teams, allocate resources, and establish effective ways of working
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience directing video, motion, digital, and integrated campaign work
- A strong point of view on culture, storytelling, and brand building
- The budgeted salary range for this role is $200,000-240,000 CAD / year.
