Job Summary
Direct global experiential creative for HOKA across physical retail spaces, activations, and key moments. Lead the conceptualization, design, and execution of seasonal storytelling across retail and experiential platforms, translating product narratives into immersive environments. Steward of the brand within physical spaces, ensuring consistency, quality, and a best-in-class consumer journey. Lead and inspire a mix of in-house and freelance designers to deliver store assets, brand moments, and campaigns; partner with Brand Creative to extend campaigns across retail, social, and digital; collaborate across NA/EMEA/APAC regions; drive understanding of consumer journey and in-store storytelling; stay at the forefront of trends and technology to push experiential design; manage projects from concept to production and provide clear direction to stakeholders; champion inclusion and belonging while mentoring the creative team.
Required Qualifications
- BA in Graphic Design or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 10+ years design experience in an agency or in-house
- 5+ years in a senior creative leadership position
- Experienced in creative design, seasonal storytelling, and activations for stores and events
- Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere, Figma), Microsoft Office, and familiarity with project/asset management tools
- Curious, solution-oriented, and motivated self-starter who thrives in a team environment
- Passion for sports and understanding of the athletic footwear market is a plus
