Job Summary
Guide strategic initiatives that enable customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer by identifying and analyzing organic and inorganic growth opportunities across the diverse portfolio. Conduct comprehensive market and competitive analyses, develop compelling business cases for new opportunities, and manage complex strategic projects from conception through implementation. Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to shape the strategic direction of the Fortune 500 company, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and market demands while building consensus across all levels. Work on transformative projects to identify industry trends and evaluate growth opportunities, directly impacting company-wide decision-making and growth trajectory.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced Degree plus 6 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years of experience in strategy, including corporate strategy, management consulting, or M&A
- Strong financial modeling and analysis capabilities
- Excellence in strategic thinking and business case development
- Strong project management and execution skills
- Effective communication and presentation abilities
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate with senior executives
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives
- Proven track record of implementing strategic growth initiatives
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and complex problem-solving
- Ability to travel as required
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred Fields of Study: business, life sciences, or related field
