Job Summary
As Director, Corporate Quality Systems & Compliance at Hologic, you will oversee the Corporate Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring harmonization of quality practices and adherence to global regulatory standards. This role involves driving enterprise-wide quality initiatives, aligning with regulatory requirements, and promoting a culture of quality across divisions. You'll need an in-depth understanding of QMS frameworks, FDA regulations, and risk management methodologies, along with strong skills in quality training and cross-functional collaboration. A Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or Quality Management is required, with an advanced degree preferred. The role demands at least 10 years of experience in quality systems and leading compliance programs.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive experience in quality systems, regulatory compliance, or enterprise quality management
- Significant experience leading cross-functional quality initiatives and compliance programs in regulated industries (medical devices, diagnostics, healthcare)
- Prior leadership in developing and executing quality compliance strategies at the corporate level strongly preferred
