Director, Corporate Partnerships - Tepper School of Business

Director of Corporate Partnerships at the Tepper School of Business to develop and implement a cohesive corporate engagement model, manage a portfolio of 30+ corporate partners and 10+ foundation relationships, and serve as a key connector between Tepper, its corporate partners, and internal school teams. Lead strategic engagement plans that integrate giving, recruiting, and programmatic involvement; collaborate with internal stakeholders to align external partnerships with Tepper’s priorities; prepare and deliver high-quality proposals, impact reports, and stewardship plans; and travel as needed to cultivate relationships. Requires Bachelor’s degree and 5–8 years of experience in corporate relations or related fields, demonstrated success managing complex external partnerships, and strong communication and strategic planning skills; a Driver’s License is required. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with the Masters Career Center, Center for Business Engagement, and other university teams, and includes opportunities to support research initiatives, scholarships, and program innovation while representing the school externally.
