Job Summary
Lead strategy to identify and cultivate corporate partners, solicit sponsorships and secure in-kind gifts; serve as an ambassador at community and corporate events; oversee and grow volunteer engagement; provide overall leadership for the signature Candlelight and Clay event and supervise the event planner; train and support volunteers, ensure ethical fundraising and compliance; collaborate with development and board members to align partnerships with organizational goals; manage multiple events and stakeholder relationships with strong communication and organizational skills.
