Job Summary
The Director of Partnership Sales will act as an individual sales contributor, identifying, sourcing, negotiating, and closing new business deals. Responsibilities include driving annual revenue goals, creating innovative partnerships, and building a brand prospect pipeline through market research. The candidate needs at least 7 years of experience in corporate sales with a focus on sponsorships, a proven track record in achieving high-value partnerships, and strong communication skills to engage with executive-level clients. Strong collaborative skills and the ability to work in a dynamic environment are also essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 7+ years of successful corporate sales or brand sponsorship sales experience
- Proven track record in closing long-term, six and seven-figure integrated marketing partnerships
- High-level relationships at large corporations
- Experience driving revenue growth with emerging opportunities
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Expertise in identifying opportunities, developing strategies, and negotiating creative solutions
- Familiarity with digital media marketing and social media platforms
- Experience in building out innovative presentations in PowerPoint and/or other presentation development technologies
