Job Summary
Manage the Children's Miracle Network team by creating and implementing a strategic Corporate Giving operational plan to build comprehensive relationships with corporations. Collaborate with development staff to retain existing partners and develop new relationships across national, regional, and local levels to generate funding. Serve as the primary contact and Program Director for Children's Miracle Network hospitals, setting goals and performance benchmarks for associates while overseeing $4+ million in annual gifts.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in Corporate Development or Engagement
- Bachelor's Degree
- Proven ability to expand and strengthen partnerships with Corporations, Foundations and Children's Miracle Network Hospitals
- Entrepreneurial, comprehensive, and prospect-driven approach to Corporate and Foundation relations
- Demonstrated ability to effectively build relationships and alliances with internal and external constituencies
- Lift 10 lbs. box overhead
- Lift and carry 15 lbs
- Push/pull 20 lbs. cart
Desired Qualifications
- At least 1 - 2 years of managing direct reports in a revenue generating capacity
- Knowledge of cause marketing best practices
