Job Summary
Lead Project Management commissions for high-profile clients across private and public sectors, managing project values from £20m to £80m. Establish success criteria for time, cost, technical, and performance parameters while ensuring delivery to agreed standards. Oversee end-to-end service delivery, including detailed project planning, resource procurement, and cross-functional team facilitation. Manage project finances, contract administration, claims resolution, and disputes. Lead compliance for quality, safety, health, and environment issues. Advise on bidding and business development, interfacing regularly with clients and consultants. Prepare formal progress reports and monitor performance using management techniques. This role supports Turner & Townsend's 2025 vision within our Central London office, focusing on CAT A/B office fit-outs and schemes exceeding 60,000 sqft.
Required Qualifications
- experience in the Project Management Corporate Occupier sector
- experience at a Senior Management position
- Experience of delivering CAT A / CAT B office projects
- Delivered and lead teams on schemes in excess of 60,000 sqft
Desired Qualifications
- Ideally professionally qualified in one of the following fields: construction, project management, engineering, surveying or architecture
- Ideally a member of a professional body i.e. RICS, APM, CIOB
- Ideally you will have worked with leading consultancies
