Job Summary
Own Opensignal's corporate financial model and consolidated forecast, integrating revenue, expense, headcount, and cash flow models into a unified view. Drive the monthly FP&A cadence, including variance analysis, business reviews, and reporting packs for internal and external stakeholders. Partner with the CFO to lead the annual planning process from top-down targets through bottoms-up department plans. Help build the FP&A motion of the future by embedding agentic AI into core workflows to improve speed and quality of insights. Coach and mentor a high-performing Sr. Financial Analyst while modeling the player-coach mindset. Provide financial insight and drive accountability against plan with colleagues in Finance and functional leaders across the company. This role reports directly to the CFO and involves establishing clear points of view on FP&A practices at a complex, scaling company.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Progressive FP&A experience with a strong foundation in corporate finance or investment banking, combined with meaningful time in an operating company environment
- Deep expertise in corporate financial modelling, three-statement forecasting, annual planning, and monthly FP&A operations at scale, with a strong command of Excel
- Demonstrated experience using AI to improve speed and quality of your workflows
- Proven ability to synthesize complex financial data into clear, concise narratives for senior leadership and external stakeholders
- Thorough understanding of GAAP accounting standards and multi-entity environments
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a PE- or VC-backed scaling company
- Data or SaaS industry experience; familiarity with subscription business KPIs
- Strong fluency with modern FP&A platforms; experience with tool selection and implementation
- Experience supporting M&A transactions
- Experience with NetSuite
- CFA, CPA, or MBA credential
