Director, Corporate FP&A

Job Summary
Director of Corporate FP&A responsible for ownership of consolidated and board reporting, intercompany and consolidation processes, and driving financial process rigor in a high-growth, multi-entity SaaS/payments environment. Will partner with accounting to improve reporting infrastructure, lead monthly close coordination, and provide decision-useful narratives to executives and the Board. Directly manage and develop at least one FP&A team member, drive M&A integration and KPI standardization, and lead initiatives to automate and scale FP&A systems and controls across multiple entities. Requires 7–10+ years of FP&A/finance operations experience, strong financial modeling, exceptional communication, and ability to operate with high accountability under tight timelines.
Required Qualifications
- 7–10+ years of experience in FP&A or finance operations
- 3+ years at a Senior Manager level or higher
- Experience in high-growth, SaaS, marketplace or SaaS + payments environments
- Experience with board reporting and executive-level financial presentations
- Experience supporting acquisition integration and multi-entity financial operations
- Experience managing intercompany reporting processes
- Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills
- Strong communication and cross-functional alignment abilities
- Experience with ERP/FP&A tools and reporting systems (e.g., Netsuite, Floqast, Snowflake, Metabase, Coefficient)
- Ability to lead process improvements, automation, and scalable FP&A infrastructure
- Remote working friendly
