Job Summary
Directs corporate finance relationships and leads the structuring of high-value, complex deals with credit approvals and pricing coordination, acting as primary client advocate to align client needs with bank objectives. Oversees cross-selling initiatives, manages high-value client portfolios, and drives revenue growth through strategic advisory, market coverage, and stakeholder collaboration. Represents the bank in industry forums and delivers insights on trends to inform corporate strategy and client solutions; collaborates with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to define products, solutions, and strategies that fit clients’ needs. Ensures adherence to regulatory requirements and internal controls while optimizing client satisfaction and ROE; takes measured risks in line with the bank’s Risk Management Framework.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of relevant experience in Relationship Management, Account Management or Portfolio Management in a corporate or similar banking environment with sales metrics is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree required; Business Administration, Finance and Accounting preferred
- Credit Qualifications and associated credit knowledge and skills according to the credit portfolio requirements (if a Credit Qualifiable role)
- Seasoned professional with a combination of education, experience and industry knowledge
