Director, Corporate Facilities Management

Job Summary
Lead and manage the corporate office and campus portfolio for four locations, overseeing approximately 15–17 buildings nationwide with an annual operating expense budget of $20 million and capital investment portfolio of $5–10 million. Direct the full Office Services & Facilities Management function, including mail, print, light-duty fleet programs, and cafeteria operations for roughly 40–50 associates. Provide strategic leadership for geographically dispersed teams, manage workplace planning and space utilization, and serve as executive sponsor for capital projects from programming through completion. Own OpEx and CapEx P&Ls, lead vendor strategy, and drive process improvement across the enterprise. This role is based in Phoenix, AZ OR Boise, ID OR Pleasanton, CA.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Construction Management, Facilities Management, or a related field
- 10 plus years of experience in facilities and office services leadership roles
- 10 plus years of experience in multi-unit or corporate campus facility management
- 5 plus years of people management experience with a demonstrated commitment to talent development and upward mobility
- Proven change leader with strong change management skills and a focus on continuous improvement, optimization, and quality assurance
- Strategic thought leader with demonstrated ability to proactively develop solutions to business needs thru innovative problem solving and continually monitoring external trends and industry best practices
- Strong people management skillset and experience with proven ability to manage geographically dispersed teams
- Understanding of building components, maintenance operations and services
- Experience estimating and scheduling for renovation and other construction projects along with the construction process and contracts
- Proven ability to rationalize office environments, including restacks, shuffles, reconfigures, and occupancy related projects
- Prior experience in developing and executing site/location budgets, utilizing financial systems and achieving deadlines
- Oracle experience
- Willingness to travel up to 20%
