Job Summary

Directs corporate engagement and business development efforts to secure high-quality internship placements with Employers of Influence (EOI) partners and to build partnerships with Fortune 500 corporations nationwide. Manages a portfolio of target EOI accounts, develops proposals and playsbooks for account teams, engages with C-suite decision-makers, and oversees relationships to drive internship placements and revenue growth. The role includes coaching and mentoring students, facilitating group sessions, and collaborating across teams to achieve KPIs related to leads, placements, and revenue, with an expected annual sales target of $5M+ and a hybrid on-site/in-office work arrangement two days per week in assigned locations.

Required Qualifications

  • At least 10+ years of professional experience in strategic account management and/or sales to enterprise-level accounts
  • Consultative sales approach
  • Demonstrated ability to generate leads, close business, and manage annual sales targets of $5M+
  • Strong relationship-building capabilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and projects
